We have a well-equipped workshop with knowledgeable and experienced technicians who carry out various services.
Warranty service or repair?
Our products have a 1-3 year factory warranty that covers malfunctions. You can read about this free warranty service here. Below we explain how to get help with repairs that are not covered by the warranty service. Here are examples of some common repairs:
– Welding/repair of wire sensors
– Replacement of broken plastic parts
– Installation of new displays
– Replacement of printed circuit boards
– Leakage check of manometer racks and replacement of spare parts
– Complete review of flue gas instruments
Create a service request
If you need to service your measurement equipment, please go to our calibration and service portal Access and click on the Order calibration/service button. Fill in all the information in the form carefully. Don’t forget to check the “Service/Guarantee” box. Print the service form and attach it to the package. Package the measuring equipment properly to avoid damage during shipping.

Handling, price and delivery time
Once we have received your broken measuring product, we will email you an order acknowledgement. These are often simple repairs for a small amount of money. If the cost is unreasonably high, we will contact you with a quote. In addition to the service cost, there is an administration and shipping fee of SEK 225-265. It usually takes five working days to get your measuring product back.
More advanced services
In some cases, we send measuring equipment to be repaired to Testo’s large service center in Germany. This may involve advanced electronics, unusual faults or servicing older equipment (Testo services products up to 10 years after they have been discontinued). Administration and troubleshooting costs SEK 400. You will usually receive a quote for the repair within a few weeks.
