The testo 105 food thermometer can measure the core temperature of semi-solid materials such as meat, cheese and jelly. The measuring probe included in the delivery can be used for measurements in non-frozen products, including liquids. There is also a special sensor for frozen food and a s.k. corkscrew sensors that you can easily “drill” into products.
