The TC603 concrete computer has a robust and durable enclosure and is intended for use with 2 external thermocouple sensors. Several types can be used and the default setting is type T (ordered separately), which is easily mounted with pole screws. It also has 1 built-in internal ambient temperature sensor. The main advantages of TC603

No gateway or base station needed

All loggers in the new Celsicom generation have a direct, secure transfer of data to the cloud without detouring around a base station or gateway. The data traffic is sent on a licensed frequency exclusively for NB-IoT on Telia’s existing mobile network. Coverage is excellent and the risk of interference is virtually zero.

Easy to get started

After scanning the QR code on your first logger, a window will open on your phone where you can create a new cloud service account. After filling in your details and naming the logger, you’ll be up and running in no time and can instantly see the logger readings on your phone, tablet or computer. If you already have an account, log in and name the new logger.

If you want to use a concrete recipe (either your own or existing in Celsiview) and follow the strength, there is a monthly fee per logger.

Backup memory

In addition to sending all measurements to the cloud service, they are also stored in a backup memory in each logger. However, if there is a disruption, all measurement data is sent at the next transmission time.

Concrete strength

The graph below is an example of what the graph on your phone, tablet or computer might look like during a concrete pour. By selecting concrete recipes in the cloud service, you get a strength calculation and can plan when to demolish the forms more efficiently. You can even add your own concrete recipes if none of the standard recipes already entered can be used for your application.

Celsiview – the cloud service packed with smart features

Celsiview offers a variety of ready-made concrete recipes to choose from. If your recipe is not included in the standard recipes, you can easily add your own recipe based on pressure-tested concrete cubes.

In the detailed report view, you can easily retrieve current measurement values that can be downloaded and sent as PDF or Excel to any recipient.

After logging in to the home page, you will immediately see a summary of important parameters for your active castings.
