The testo 105 food thermometer can measure the core temperature of semi-solid materials such as meat, cheese and jelly. The measuring probe included in the delivery can be used for measurements in non-frozen products, including liquids. There is also a special sensor for frozen food and a s.k. corkscrew sensors that you can easily “drill” into products. Both the standard 100 mm sensor and the optional 200 mm sensor are ideally suited and extremely practical for measuring the temperature of liquid and semi-solid products. Depending on which temperature sensor you use – standard or 200mm – the thermometer is ideal for use in a wide range of applications such as e.g. food production, control of goods received, catering, commercial kitchens, cold stores, supermarkets, etc.<\/p>\n
