testo 162 T2 is one of the connected data loggers in the testo 162 logger series, designed to provide maximum control over sensitive premises and spaces. The series offers great flexibility thanks to the possibility of combining different types of WiFi loggers, both with internal sensors and different types of external sensors. This makes it possible to cover all types of measurement needs – from office and exhibition environments to warehouses and transportation of sensitive goods. When the online data loggers are connected to the testo Saveris Cloud, all measurement data is available via smartphone, tablet or PC – always and everywhere.

Monitor temperature easily with a connected data logger

The user-friendly and connected WiFi data logger testo 162 T2 is equipped with a clear display and two connections for external NTC temperature sensors, so that measurements can be carried out in two different types of space at the same time. This temperature logger has a measuring range of – 50 to +150 °C. All measured values are automatically sent, using WiFi connection, to the cloud service testo Saveris Cloud. There, you can access both data and analysis functions online via mobile, tablet or PC at any time and from anywhere. If a limit value is exceeded, you are immediately alerted via push notifications from the testo Smart app or via email.

Certified and standardized

Testo 162 T2 is both EN12830 and HACCP certified, which means that it meets the requirements of the European standard for temperature gauges for the transportation, storage and distribution of temperature-sensitive goods.

The internal data storage capacity of the WiFi data logger is a total of 20,000 readings and the instrument housing has IP65 protection. The standard batteries have a lifetime of 12 months and can be easily replaced by the user.

testo Saveris Cloud

With the testo Saveris Cloud service, the monitoring process becomes fully automated and online. All that is required is the creation of an account and a one-time installation: configure your WiFi logs and set alarm thresholds. After that, everything happens automatically.

The cloud service acts as the central platform for monitoring, giving you access to real-time online data from all your connected data loggers – all in one place. You can also connect online data loggers from the testo 160 and 164 series to the same cloud account, bringing even more flexibility to your measurement system. By connecting to the testo Smart app, you get even more smart features, such as easy commissioning, display of measurement data and push notifications for alarms.
