testo 755-2 – non-contact current measurement and voltage testing

Like the testo 755-1, the testo 755-2 can measure both current and voltage. The difference is that this instrument has a wider voltage range up to 1,000 V and can measure rotating magnetic fields. In addition, it has single-pole phase testing. The testo 755-2 ammeter/voltage tester detects and selects the correct electrical measurement parameter automatically. You can just start measuring – without making any switches or settings.

The measuring tips can be changed quickly and easily and are very user-friendly. This means you don’t have to replace the whole instrument if damage occurs. Measuring point lighting also helps when lighting is poor.

Compared to the testo 755-1, the testo 755-2 ammeter/voltage tester has a higher voltage range up to 1,000 V and can be used for measuring rotating magnetic fields. It also has a single-pole phase test for quick checks on whether conductors are live or not.
