testo 350 for industrial flue gas analysis
Versatile portable analysis system for stationary engines, industrial burners, gas turbines and boilers. The analysis system can measure O2, CO, CO2 (NDIR), NO, NO2, SO2, HC, H2S, °C, differential pressure and a number of calculated parameters. The system consists of three main parts: handheld terminal, analysis box and flue gas sensor.
- Logger function
- Printers
- Heating of measuring cells
- Dilution for high CO concentrations (optional)
- Gas preparation
- Up to 6 measuring cells
- Flexible flue gas sensor program
- Data management
- TÜV approved / EN 50379-2
THE HANDHELD TERMINAL
Used as a control and display unit, it has a large display that shows up to 6 parameters simultaneously and has a built-in printer. The handheld terminal is purchased separately.
THE ANALYSIS BOX
Is the heart of the system where all measurements are made and where the measurement cells are located. The box is equipped with O2 measuring cell as standard, at least one more cell must be selected. The analysis box can be equipped with up to 6 measuring cells. In addition, it can also be equipped with a gas preparation and dilution function for high CO concentrations, which is important for long-term measurements. The analysis box can log up to 500,000 measurements. All data can then be analyzed in the easyEmission PC software.
THE FLUE GAS GENERATOR
Is an important detail that largely determines whether a measurement is good or not. Length, temperature, moisture content, dust load, etc. are parameters that must be considered when selecting a sensor. A very wide range of sensors is available to meet the requirements of these parameters.
SOFTWARE
The software of the system is also an important part, as the data will be analyzed and presented in reports. The easyEmission PC software only works with the testo 350 and testo 340 but provides the essential functions such as graphs, report printouts etc. Download the program from the Download tab.
