testo 190-P1 – highly efficient validation of sterilization and freeze-drying processes. The qualification and validation of sterilization processes is highly demanding and a key element of quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry. Our reliable and robust CFR print data logger helps you meet these requirements effectively.

This is what the CFR pressure logger testo 190-P1 offers:

  • High accuracy: CFR pressure logger for monitoring absolute pressure with a measurement memory of 60,000 measurements.
  • Small and agile design: with a diameter of 20 mm, the logger is ideal for use in confined spaces – e.g. in the office. in sterilization systems
  • Robust and durable: high quality materials and innovative design make the CFR logger particularly robust and durable. With hermetically sealed measurement technology in a separate stainless steel housing, the CFR logger impresses with its reliability and robustness.
  • Battery change in seconds: the battery cover is threaded and can be quickly and securely screwed onto the CFR logger without tools.
  • Reliable and tight: the data logger remains 100% tight even after a battery change. The battery cover is coated with high temperature resistant polyester ether ketone (PEEK).
  • Flexible height: the size of the logger can be varied using two different battery types. The small battery significantly reduces the dimensions of the logger. The larger battery (included in the delivery) is suitable for measurements at low temperatures, e.g. in freezing facilities.

Programming, reading and analyzing the data logger

Very practical to use: in addition to storing the data loggers, the multifunction case (available in two different sizes) can also be used for parallel programming and reading of up to 8 data loggers simultaneously. This means you don’t need an extra reading device and you also save time. With the specially developed 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software (ordered separately) for the testo 190, you can program and read out the data logger, as well as analyze the measurement data on the computer. The clear program structure guides you intuitively through the process step by step. During entry, it provides assistance at critical points through warnings. The software enables even inexperienced users to easily perform the measurement process.
