testo 6457 – flow transmitter 8 … 27 450 m³/h
Flow measurement - 8 ... 27 450 m³/h
- Suitable for large pipe diameters DN 65 - 250
- Direct compressed air measurement with simultaneous display of three measured values thanks to standard TFT display
- The sensor can be removed under pressure
The testo 6457 flow transmitter is used for measuring, monitoring and logging compressed air consumption and is therefore the ideal measuring instrument for detecting leaks in compressed air systems, allocating costs based on consumption and performing peak load management.
The testo 6457 measures the standard air flow in the compressed air according to the calorimetric principle, which means that the measurement method is independent of the process pressure and does not cause any permanent pressure loss.
The testo 6457 flow transmitter has a patented quick coupling, which allows the sensor to be removed under pressure. This is a great advantage, especially in the case of larger nominal widths, as these often involve main lines that do not allow pressure relief for maintenance purposes.
Flexible: Suitable for large pipe diameters DN 65 – 250
Clear overview: Direct compressed air measurement with simultaneous display of three measured values thanks to the standard TFT display.
Quick release: the sensor can be removed under pressure
Three measurement parameters in one instrument: flow rate, totalizer and temperature.
