testo 835-T2 – IR thermometer for non-contact measurement up to 1,500°C
testo 835-T2 is a special model of the 835 series adapted for high temperature measurements up to 1,500 °C. Like the other models in the series, it can combine non-contact IR temperature measurement and measurement with standard thermocouple sensors for e.g. insertion measurements. Incidentally, it shares all the important features with the other instruments in the series, such as the ability to measure small areas at great distances, e.g., in the form of a single point. 10 cm at a distance of 5 m. In addition, four laser points show exactly where you are measuring. Furthermore, it can store a large number of measurement results under freely selectable site names, which you can then transfer to your computer for further analysis or documentation.
The testo 835-T2 can also be used to log measurement values when connected to a PC via USB cable, thanks to the testo EasyClimate software. The figure below shows curves of IR temperature values and temperature values from a connected type K thermocouple sensor.

Installationstips
I de flesta Windows-versioner laddas filer ned till en mapp med namnet ”Hämtade filer” eller ”Download”. Flytta den nedladdade ZIP-filen till C:/temp eller direkt till C:/ och packa upp den. Högerklicka sedan på EXE-filen och välj ”Kör som administratör”. Då påbörjas installationen atuomatiskt. När allt är klart ska det ha skapats en Testo-mapp i startmenyn, där du hittar den nya programikonen.
