The testo 162 T3 is part of the testo 162 data logger series, created to provide 100% control over sensitive indoor environments. The series offers a wide range of variants of connected data loggers, both with internal sensors and external sensors, which can be combined to form a complete measurement system. A flexible overall solution that fits in a variety of different types of premises – from office and exhibition environments to cold rooms, warehouses and the transport of sensitive goods. All measured values are sent via WiFi connection to the testo Saveris Cloud, where you can analyze the data on your internet-connected mobile, tablet or PC. If a limit value is exceeded, you are notified directly via push notification or e-mail. Monitoring, alarms and documentation are fully automatic, to protect your products, ensure the highest quality and save you valuable time. You can also connect online data loggers from the testo 160 and 164 series to the same measuring system for even greater flexibility.

Flexible temperature monitoring with the testo 162 T3 connected data logger

A clear display and two inputs for external TE temperature sensors of types K, J and T make the testo 162 T3 very flexible. It can measure temperatures between -200 °C and +1350 °C, depending on the sensor you use – making it useful in a wide range of spaces. For example, the ability to connect two separate sensors allows you to monitor the temperature of both the room itself and a display or storage cabinet simultaneously. In this way, the WiFi data logger contributes to full control over sensitive environments and products.

The internal data storage capacity of the WiFi data logger is 10,000 readings/channel and the instrument housing has IP65 protection. The standard batteries have a lifetime of 12 months.

With testo Saveris Cloud, monitoring is easy and fully automated

All you need to do is create an account and perform a one-time installation: configure your WiFi logs and set alarm limits. After that, the system takes care of the rest on its own. The cloud service acts as a central platform for your monitoring, collecting real-time data from all connected data loggers in one place. Connect to the testo Smart app for access to extra smart features, such as smooth commissioning, clear display of measurement data and push notifications in case of alarms.
