testo 552 is a digital pressure gauge for vacuum suction of heat pumps and cooling systems. Its robust construction makes it ideal for daily use, protected against dirt and water. The instrument provides very precise information on the degree of dehumidification and removal of foreign substances (oils, foreign gases, etc.) of a system. Since the testo 552 uses an absolute pressure sensor, it is also practically maintenance-free, unlike vacuum meters with other sensor technology.
Via a Bluetooth interface, the testo 552 can connect to the testo Smart app on your smartphone or tablet. It makes it possible to monitor the absolute pressure value obtained during vacuum suction – conveniently and wirelessly. In addition, measurement results can be quickly documented in the app and sent by email.
The testo Smart app requires at least iOS 8.3/Android 4.3.

Vacuum extraction is one of the most important steps in the installation or restart of cooling and heat pump systems: foreign gases, moisture and oils must be eliminated.
This is exactly what the testo 552 digital vacuum meter is designed to do: the meter gives you very precise information about the dehumidification status of the system and can measure very low absolute pressures reliably. This means you can always follow the manufacturer’s specifications. A visual alarm immediately warns when a limit value has been exceeded.
Since the digital vacuum gauge is IP42 rated (waterproof and dirt-resistant), it is virtually impervious to moisture and dirt.
The testo Smart app requires at least iOS 8.3/Android 4.3.
