Smart concrete computer for remote monitoring
The Celsicom TC603 is an advanced but easy-to-use concrete data logger that gives you full control over temperature and strength during curing. With real-time data and automated strength calculations, you can easily follow the evolution of concrete during casting without time-consuming manual measurements. This makes it possible to detect deviations early, adjust insulation/heat gain and ensure quality in every project.
Thanks to the wireless connection to a cloud service, measurements can be monitored remotely, saving time, reducing on-site effort and allowing you to optimize the curing process every time.

Stable connectivity even on construction sites
The Celsicom TC603 is equipped with two inputs for external wire sensors that are embedded in the concrete and a built-in sensor that records the ambient temperature. It provides a complete picture of both the concrete and air temperature conditions throughout the curing process.
Each logger has a built-in SIM card that communicates directly over Telia’s Narrowband IoT network, providing stable coverage and secure data transmission without a base station, in any environment. Powered by replaceable batteries, no external power supply is required. The result is a smooth and reliable solution, where all measurement data from the concrete automatically reaches the cloud – and your mobile – without interruption.

Measurement data is automatically sent to the Celsiview cloud service, which you can access from the browser of a mobile, tablet or computer. Measurement values are presented in clear graphs that make it easy to visually follow the curing of the concrete and quickly detect deviations. The cloud service is offered at a low monthly cost that includes all data traffic. An unlimited amount of measurement data is stored in the cloud as long as the subscription is active.
Select a concrete recipe in the cloud service and the strength will be calculated automatically, giving you a reliable basis for the next step in the process. Choose from ready-made standard recipes or add your own recipes based on sample concrete from your project. In the report view, you can easily retrieve all measured values, which can be downloaded or sent as PDF or Excel to any recipient. This makes documentation fully automated.
You can also connect other data loggers from the Celsicom system to Celsiview, for example to monitor temperature and humidity, giving you full control over the building climate.
