ATEX-certified vacuum pump with automatic vacuum suction
The testo 565i EX is the ATEX-certified version of Testo’s automatic vacuum pump and is designed for safe use in potentially explosive environments. With support for A2L and A3 refrigerants, smart connectivity, and digital documentation, it provides an efficient workflow during installation and service. Together with the testo 552i vacuum sensor, the evacuation process can be automated for applications outside Ex zones. Once the set target vacuum has been reached, the pump stops automatically and an integrated vacuum hold test begins. Moisture and non-condensable gases can thus be removed while information about the system’s leak tightness is documented. The data logging function ensures complete documentation of the evacuation process.
Using the free testo Smart app, users can easily configure measurements, monitor measurement values in real time, and create and send measurement reports. This streamlines the workflow and saves valuable time.
To ensure optimal workflows, the testo 565i EX automatically establishes a Bluetooth connection to Test’s digital pressure gauge stand and the testo Smart app when it is turned on.
