testo 635-2 – moisture and temperature meter with memory

testo 635-2 measures temperature, humidity, equilibrium moisture in materials and pressure dew point in compressed air systems. The testo 635-2 has an internal memory to save and log measurement values. These can then be analyzed and displayed in diagrams or tables in the accompanying PC program Testo ComSoft Pro.

Readings from up to three temperature or temperature/humidity sensors can be displayed in the testo 635. The measurements are transmitted by radio transmission, i.e.. wireless. Specific user profiles linked to function keys and to a menu guide make operation easy and intuitive. Material moisture can be shown directly on the display. Characteristic curves for different materials can be selected directly in the instrument, in addition, own curves can be stored in ComSoft and transferred to the instrument. The Testo 635 also calculates the dew point distance between the ambient air and the surface temperature to analyze the risk of condensation on walls and ceilings, for example.

There are precision sensors for measuring the pressure dew point of compressed air systems down to -60°C tpd. Testo’s patented moisture sensor has an outstanding performance in terms of hysteresis, long-term stability, temperature resistance and robustness.
