The temperature data logger testo 175 T3 is equipped with two connections for external thermocouple sensors (type T or type K). This means that the data logger is ideally suited for temperature recording on two channels. This is necessary, for example, if you want to check that a heating system is working properly. To do this, the temperature logger measures the supply and return temperatures simultaneously. You can also use the data logger in industrial production control, e.g.. when checking process temperatures at different locations.

Advanced measurement techniques. High data security.

You can choose external thermocouple sensors from our wide range and order them together with the data logger. This gives you flexibility and means you can decide exactly what your temperature logger needs to be able to do. The range we offer includes surface sensors, air sensors and dip/insert sensors and wire sensors. The measurement range and accuracy depends on the selected thermocouple sensors. In principle, it is possible to measure from -50 °C to +1000 °C with a suitable sensor.

The temperature logger’s display provides you with a wide range of valuable information including current readings, limit values and exceeded limits display, min/max values and remaining battery power. Since all this information can be read directly on the display, there is no need to start up your computer. In addition to these valuable features, the logger also has a super large data memory that can store up to 1 million measurements and an exceptionally long battery life of up to 3 years. This gives you the freedom to read out measurement data at longer intervals even when measurement cycles are shorter. The AAA batteries included in the delivery can be replaced by the user. You can rely on a high level of data security when using the temperature logger testo 175 T2. Saved measurement data is not lost even if the battery is empty or replaced.

Programming and reading the logger is done via a standard USB connection. Readout is also possible via an SD memory card, directly at the measurement site without dismantling the logger.

Programming the logger and analyzing the measurement data

Choose one of three software versions to program or read out your logger or to analyze the measurement data you have transferred to your computer:

  • The ComSoft Basic software – available for free download – allows you to program your logger and analyze the measurement data quickly and easily.
  • The optional ComSoft Professional software gives you additional possibilities and a more detailed analysis of the measurement values.
  • ComSoft CFR 21 Part 11 software – optional – ideal for the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical sector in accordance with 21 CFR Part 11.

Included in delivery

Data logger testo 175 T3 with connection for two external thermocouple sensors, including wall mount, lock, batteries and factory protocol. ATTENTION! To program the data logger you need a USB cable which is not included in the delivery but can be ordered under the accessories tab. You can transfer the measurement data to your computer via the USB cable or to an optional SD card.
