Our history
Explore our history from our first steps as general agent for Testo in Sweden to our expansion with our own calibration business and the introduction of groundbreaking measurement systems.
1976
Starts at Hotellplatsen in Gothenburg with the agency for Testo in Sweden.
1986
Gets a new address and larger premises in Kungsten’s industrial area.
1987
Starts with own calibration of instruments and sensors on a small scale.
1999
Moving to current, larger and more appropriate premises next to the Göta Älv river.
2002
The website – www.nordtec.se – is launched.
2006
Starts training courses to educate customers in metrology.
2010
The calibration lab will be accredited through the ISO 17025 certification.
2013
Both the office and the lab are being expanded and modernized.
2014
Introduces the Celsicom measurement system on the Swedish market.
2019
The company’s website gets a new update with an online shop.
2022
Opens new office in Uppsala Science Park to serve customers in the Mälardalen region.
2023
Nordtec is certified for ISO 9001 and 14001.
2023
A new bilingual website is launched with improved product pages and a simpler structure to help people find what they are looking for quickly. Lots of content with interesting articles.
2024
The cooperation with TIS (Testo Industrial Services) is expanded and deepened.
