Share your computer with Nordtec support
Teamveiwer is a software that allows Nordtec to log in and provide remote support directly on your PC. Click on the Teamviewer button above to download or open the file (this differs between different browsers). If you download the file, you need to double-click on it to start the program).
Once the program has started, you will see a nine-digit customer ID and a four-digit code. You provide both of these details during the phone call so that we can start the remote support.
What does it mean to let us connect to your PC? You see what’s going on, we take the necessary action, and when we disconnect, we can’t get in without a new code. Security is therefore high.
Technical information for the WiFi data loggers testo Saveris 2 and testo 160
Wireless WiFi network: WLAN 2.4 GHz
Supported wireless LAN standards: IEEE 802.11 b/g/n and IEEE 802.1X
Possible encryption methods:
Without encryption, WEP, WPA, WPA2, WPA2 Enterprise
The WiFi data logger testo Saveris 2 uses the MQTT protocol that communicates over the TCP port 8883. In addition, it is necessary to release the following UDP ports:
– Port 53 (DNS name queries)
– Port 123 (NTP time synchronization)
All ports may only communicate outwards in the cloud direction. It is not necessary to release any ports for bidirectional communication. The default gateway assigned to the sensor via DHCP or manually must respond to a ping request from the wireless data logger. During the first configuration, you can choose whether to use DHCP or static IP (select expert mode to enter the data).
The testo Saveris 2 application can be accessed with a standard web browser (www). It uses the standard TCP ports http (80) and https (443). Commissioning and settings of the WiFi data logger testo Saveris 2 are made in the cloud service Testo Saveris Cloud or via the Android app “testo Saveris 2”. A cloud account must be registered by the person who will be responsible for the Wi-Fi data logger. Error code info and other bits and pieces can be found in the FAQ in the cloud service.
