testo 410-2 – vane anemometer with integrated temperature and humidity measurement

The impeller meter testo 410-2 is part of the PocketLine series, which stands for professional measuring technology in pocket size and is ideal for quick measurements. With a measurement range of 0.4 to 20 m/s, the anemometer can also be used for low air speeds. The anemometer has a fixed wing wheel with a diameter of 30 mm. It can be used for measurements at ventilation grilles, etc.

The anemometer is practical for outdoor use: in addition to measuring air speed, air temperature and humidity, the testo 410-2 also calculates air speed in Beaufort and wind chill, which is the temperature experienced by a person due to wind-related cooling. Also humidity, wet bulb temperature and dew point temperature.

Flywheel anemometer with practical functions

The testo 410-2 has a protective cover and a wrist strap for safe handling and has a number of important features:

  • One-point averaging: provides information on the average air velocity at e.g. ventilation grille
  • Hold function: allows you to freeze the current air speed and temperature readings.
  • Max/min value: the anemometer displays the highest and lowest readings since the instrument was switched on or reset by pressing a button
  • Illuminated display: read your measurements even in dark environments
  • Selectable units for air speed and temperature: m/s, km/h, fpm, mph, kts, Beaufort, °C, °F and wind chill. In addition, humidity, wet bulb temperature and dew point temperature.
